Amazing new rooms with a stunning view of the sunset and harbor 🌅. Super convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the park and the cool shoreline jazz festival on Saturdays.

Staff was friendly, had a good time at the bar. Great entertainment.
Room was dated. There was caulk all around the edge of the Jacquzzi, and the walls were dirty. Our hot-tub room was located right next to the elevator shaft, so we got to listen to that all night long! Probably won't be staying there again. Overpriced for a hotel that is going downhill. It was a Hilton, but it is not even close to Hilton standards anymore. Look for another location.

The location, it's at the end of town and there is a few restaurants in the area. A few bars as well.
No sodas in any of the pop machines. Grab and Go free Breakfast, consisted of a shot of O.J and an apple. Way to expensive for the location and no emenities. The lady at the desk sent me to some bar, that was very dirty and the patrons were very childish. Lots of arguments and fights. The place was called Raqets....what a dump!!!!

The staff here is friendly, the rooms are beautiful and nicely renovated with a freestanding tub, and the location in downtown is magnificent and perfect for visiting the art museum nearby.

We had a hreat night stay. Staff was awesome. Noticed we had an extra person. Asked if we wanted a cot brought to our room without us even saying anything. They were very gracious. Left a couple of pillows that we had to call about. They kept them until we could either get back up to get them or mail them to us. Had to have them shipped UPS to us. Took care of everything.
Pool area when we returned at night was awful. Young adults(maybe 21, not sure) bery noisy and raucous. There was food all over the pool deck, soggy and gross. And hair laying around. That part was nasty!

-Free, convenient parking. -Extremely professional, knowledgable but friendly employees ( especially Renee during check-in 04/24) -fun little bar (that night anyway)
We definitely did not have a bad experience - but I would suggest you either "step up" the breakfast included or drop it (and drop the room charge slightly) because why bother with this? And I thank you for giving me an excuse for not working out or swimming - assuming those areas were being maintenanced or upgraded

The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to a public library and conveniently situated in the center of everything, with only a 20-minute drive to the airport.

staff was efficient and nice in the computer room. coffee and teas were great. also the water with lemon and fruit was outstanding.
continental breakfast had very poor selection of food. should have had breakfast cereal and bagels. pastries were stale. milk should have been included.

Location...close to Michigan Adventure
Way too expensive and old facilities, severely disappointed. Paid $200/night for a $60 motel room. Very disappointed. Everyone we talked to that weekend felt the same.
